Q) What is climate control?
A) Our climate-controlled units maintain a certain temperature to help protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures and humidity.
Q) How many locations do you have?
A) We have 5 locations throughout Maryland: Bel Air, Joppatowne, Baltimore, Frederick, and St. Charles (Waldorf).
Q) Do you have moving trucks?
A) Yes. Our Joppatowne, Frederick, St. Charles and Rolling Road facilities are authorized U-Haul Dealers and our Hickory facility is an authorized Penske Dealer.
Q) Do you sell boxes?
A) We have a full line of affordably priced boxes, packing and moving supplies. See our “Moving Supplies” page for a complete listing.
Q) Do you offer 24-hour access?
A) Yes, we offer 24-hour access to both residential and commercial customers.
A) All of our YourSpace Storage locations provide state-of-the-art security features to include electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance with 24 hour, digital recording, fenced and well-lit facilities, individual door alarms, residential managers, and personal locks available for purchase. These features vary by location so contact the Manager for details.
Q) Do you offer RV, boat, and car parking spaces?
A) YourSpace Storage at Hickory, Joppatowne, Rolling Road, and Ballenger Creek do offer RV, boat and car parking spaces at very affordable rates. YourSpace Storage at St. Charles will be offering this feature soon.
Q) Do you accept credit cards?
A) We accept all major credit cards.
Q) Can I make a payment online?
A) We now offer online payments at all of our 5 locations. Simply click on “Online Payments” in the left-hand menu bar and then click on “Create a New Account” at the bottom of the screen. Once you’ve entered the required information, click the “Submit” button and you will be set up.
Q) What are your lease terms?
A) All of our leases are month-to-month.
Q) Do you have moving carts and dollies?
A) Yes, we offer complimentary carts and dollies to our customers.
