Linked below are two opposing bills regarding reopening Baltimore County that the Baltimore County Council will be voting on this Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 10 am.

One bill, proposed by Todd Crandall, OPPOSES the continuation of the Baltimore County Executive Order to extend the State of Emergency and DECLARES THE END of the State of Emergency restrictions.

The other bill, proposed by Cathy Bevins at the request of the County Executive, proposes the CONTINUATION of the State of Emergency (and its restrictions) for the earlier of 45 days from May 25, 2020 (which would be JULY 9, 2020) or until the County Executive declares the end of the State of Emergency.
