At YourSpace Storage the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority. In adherence with the CDC’s recommendations to maintain social distancing, we have made several policy changes that will continue until further notice.
Our leasing centers are locked and we will allow one customer at a time in our offices. We encourage our customers to contact us by phone or through email to limit face-to-face contact. We recommend that all customers utilize our online account management or mobile app to make rent payments or account updates.
Anyone interested in renting a storage unit can do so by phone. Simply call our team and we will be happy to guide you through selecting the best storage unit by phone. An electronic lease will be emailed to you. Once signed, you’ll receive a gate code so you can access the facility at your convenience 24-7-365.
Most facilities allow you to view current availability, pricing, and reserve a unit on our website.
We understand the economic impact COVID-19 has caused for people across a wide array of industries. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact your property manager right away so we can work to make alternative arrangements.
Package Delivery Changes
At this time we are no longer able to accept packages for customers in our leasing office. When making purchases, please make arrangements for packages to be delivered directly to your home or place of employment.
